What if I change my mind?

You’re human, it happens! My approach is flexible and honest, so if you decide you no longer want coaching, you can leave your plan at any time. No questions asked.

I don’t think I’m ready to open up yet. What if my problems are too hard to talk about?

That’s the beauty of alternative therapies. You don't need to discuss the ins and outs of your problem if you prefer not to. EFT, meditation and vocal activation techniques can be used in these situations, avoiding re-traumatisation and often providing relief without discussing any details.

Isn’t wellness just a distraction from real life or a short-term placebo effect?

No! Placebo effects require some belief in the process, which is often lacking for newcomers to EFT or alternative therapies. Additionally, although EFT may seem distracting, it won't be effective if the client is truly distracted. This is why the client repeatedly uses a reminder phrase to "tune in" to the problem.

I’m a skeptical person. Do I need to believe in EFT in order for it to work?

EFT works regardless of whether you believe in it or not. In my experience, once people start seeing results, they naturally begin to believe in the process, which can further enhance the therapeutic benefits.

what makes eft so special?

EFT often succeeds where other methods have failed. It can quickly address the root of the problem and is simple to use, making it an effective self-help tool. You can do it yourself! EFT is safe and can be conducted over the phone, eliminating geographic limitations and allowing practitioners to assist in emergencies, such as panic attacks.

can i change my appointment times? I’m a working moM and struggle to fit everything in!

Absolutely. I’m a mother with ADHD, so I know full well how quickly things can change! Communication is key to a successful partnership, so just let me know, and we’ll reschedule.
